WHAT IF AN ATHLETE MISSES A SESSION?

Consistency is key to improvement and performance. However, if a session is missed due to an emergency, athletes may request a makeup slot in the alternate schedule track, subject strictly to availability (capped at 8 spots).

WHAT EQUIPMENT IS REQUIRED?

Athletes need standard workout attire, athletic trainers, a water bottle, and a towel. All other strength and conditioning equipment (weights, bands, balls, etc) will be provided for their use.

WHAT ARE THE AGE GROUPS?

The camp is designed for serious cricket athletes aged 11-18. Training blocks are scaled according to the individual athlete's baseline strength and mechanical proficiency to ensure safety and max power output.

CAN WE SWITCH BETWEEN EVENING AND EARLY BIRD?

Due to our strict 8-athlete capacity limit per block, schedule tracks are locked upon registration. Ensure you select the correct track (Monday/Wednesday Evening or Tuesday/Friday Early Bird) at checkout.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE CAMP SELLS OUT?

Once all 8 spots in a track are filled, registration immediately closes. A waitlist will be activated. If a spot opens up, waitlisted athletes will be notified on a first-come, first-served basis.
